The warranty period is applied depending on the purchased device and its value (3-12 months). Warranty repair is carried out on site or the device is sent to the manufacturer depending on the level and nature of the fault.

When delivering goods to the warranty center, it is necessary to submit all the documents attached to the goods by the manufacturer, as well as the warranty card/receipt.

  • Electrical/electronic goods cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Article 17 of the Retail Trade Rules of the Republic of Lithuania. The list of non-returnable goods can be found in Chapter II, Clause 17 of the Retail Rules.

  • The device must be unused, fully equipped, undamaged and undamaged (Certified goods cannot be returned, ie after opening the certificate and registering the device).
  • All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
