REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, issues shall be contacted to us on the same day of receiving the devices;
Return period is 14 days from receiving the item. Beyond those days, devices can no longer be returned;
If you have any questions please send us an email at “info@underbonnet.lt” and tell us the reason of your dissatisfaction;
We take responsibility to replace or refund fully if any of the accepted order lacks or that it doesn’t fit our description in the website;
Returning fees are paid by the customer.
